Chef’s Qube — Refund & Returns Policy

Made-to-Order Commitment

Each Chef’s Qube product is individually crafted to order. Because every unit is built to exacting standards and undergoes final inspection before shipping, returns are limited to ensure quality control and authenticity.


Eligibility Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, as verified by carrier tracking.
To be eligible, items must be: 

  • Unused, unassembled, and in the same condition in which they were received

  • In the original packaging, including all inserts and accessories

  • Accompanied by a valid order number and proof of purchase

After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.


Non-Returnable Items

Because of their made-to-order nature and direct-contact culinary use, the following are final sale:

  • Used or opened products

  • Custom, limited-edition, or engraved items

  • Products not purchased directly from chefsqube.com


Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Email support@chefsqube.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  2. Inspection Approval: Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

  3. Condition Review: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.

  4. Refund Issuance: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (minus applicable fees) within 5–10 business days.


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your return shipment.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact support@chefsqube.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.
After verification, we will provide a prepaid label or replacement at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the made-to-order production schedule.
If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund is confirmed.


Order Cancellations

Because each product enters production shortly after purchase. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, materials enter production and cancellation may not be possible. 


Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of product receipt and inspection. Processing time may vary by payment provider.
