Welcome to Chef’s Qube! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Chef’s Qube, LLC (“Chef’s Qube”). Chef’s Qube operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and obligations, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Services.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
1 – Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and have given consent for any minor dependents to use the Services.
You may be asked to provide certain information (email, billing, payment, shipping, etc.). You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you have all necessary rights to provide it.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person. You must not use a false identity or provide false or misleading information in connection with your account.
2 – Our Products
We strive to present our products accurately. However, colors and appearances may vary by device or settings. Minor variations in finish, texture, or machining marks are natural results of our precision manufacturing process and do not constitute defects.
We do not warrant that product appearance or quality will meet your expectations. Descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.
3 – Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Chef’s Qube may accept or decline any order at its discretion. Orders are not accepted until confirmed and payment is processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting; cancellation may not be possible once accepted.
If an order is changed or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, as verified by the carrier, in accordance with that policy. Order cancellations are only available within 24 hours of placement.
You represent that purchases are for personal or household use, not for resale or export. International shipments may incur customs delays or additional fees not included in your order total.
4 – Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information and to promptly update it so transactions can be completed and we can contact you as needed.
You represent that the payment information you provide is true and authorized, and that you will pay all applicable charges including taxes and shipping.
5 – Shipping and Delivery
We make every effort to ship orders promptly—each crafted piece is made to order and this process may take 25–50 days from the moment you place your order; however, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact support@chefsqube.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist per our Refund & Returns Policy.
6 – Intellectual Property
All trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, video, audio, and designs within the Services are owned by Chef’s Qube or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly stated.
All Chef’s Qube product designs, imagery, and packaging are proprietary and protected under applicable design and trade-dress laws.
7 – Optional Tools
You may access third-party tools through the Services “as is” and “as available.” We do not monitor, control, or endorse them and are not liable for your use. Use of third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and subject to the providers’ terms.
8 – Third-Party Links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or materials. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or security of those sites. Your access and use are at your own risk. Please review the third-party’s policies before engaging in any transaction.
9 – Relationship with Shopify
Chef’s Qube is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales are made directly between you and Chef’s Qube. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Chef’s Qube. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities related to your purchases and transactions with Chef’s Qube.
10 – Privacy Policy
All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and by Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, your information may be transmitted to and processed by Shopify or other third-party partners in countries other than where you reside.
11 – Feedback
If you submit any ideas, suggestions, reviews, photos, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use. This includes testimonials, photos, or videos submitted through social media channels tagged with our brand.
You represent that you own or have rights to your Feedback and that it complies with these Terms. We may remove or decline to post Feedback we find unlawful or inappropriate.
12 – Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
13 – Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use them to violate laws, infringe IP rights, harass or defame others, transmit malware or spam, or engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits others’ use of the Services—including any conduct that damages or tarnishes the Chef’s Qube brand or reputation.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms.
14 – Termination
We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due through the termination date. Sections concerning Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and other survival provisions will continue to apply.
15 – Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation. Because our products are used in varied culinary environments, suitability for your intended use is solely your responsibility.
16 – Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chef’s Qube and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
17 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chef’s Qube, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any losses or claims (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your use of the Services.
18 – Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remainder will remain in effect.
19 – Waiver and Entire Agreement
Failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chef’s Qube and supersede all prior communications or agreements.
20 – Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or delegate these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
21 – Governing Law
These Terms and any related agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Chef’s Qube consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
23 – Changes to These Terms
You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We may update or replace them by posting changes to our website. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our site before such changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
