Chef’s Qube — Shipping Policy

Made-to-Order Craftsmanship

Each Chef’s Qube product is precision-crafted to order. This ensures every unit meets our design and performance standards before it leaves our workshop.
Typical lead time for production is 25 – 50 days from the date your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Processing & Fulfillment

  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

  • Production Queue: Orders enter production within 2 business days.

  • Quality Check: Every unit is hand-inspected prior to packing.

  • Dispatch Notification: You’ll be notified once your order ships.

Please note that during high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may extend slightly.


Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on destination and service level.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, weight, and carrier rates.

  • All prices and fees are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3 – 7 business days after dispatch

  • Canada & International: 7 – 21 business days after dispatch (depending on customs and local carrier conditions)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.


International Shipments

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival in your country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.


Tracking & Delivery

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered received. Chef’s Qube is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery confirmation.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with your local carrier office or neighbors before contacting us.


Risk of Loss

All products are shipped FOB Origin—title and risk of loss transfer to you once we deliver the order to the carrier.
We recommend selecting a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.


Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@chefsqube.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution per our Refund Policy.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Some products may be offered as pre-orders or limited editions.
Estimated ship dates will be displayed on the product page and in your confirmation email.
Payment is collected at checkout to reserve your unit; shipment will follow the stated production schedule.
